Packaging & Product Protection

Damaged Shipments

Although we carefully inspect and package all products, damage during shipping may occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
• Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
